The electrical installations procurement is part of the maintenance of the nine school buildings including associated installations and sites. Particular aim is to outsource the maintenance of these buildings in a central way, in order to keep the buildings and installations in accordance with NEN 2767 at a minimum of 20 years at condition level 3 for 20 years. The maintenance of the school buildings will be placed on the market through a number of tenders. A number of activities are distinguished, namely:

1. roof finish;

2. electrical installations,

3. mechanical installations;

4. construction work general;

5. painter;

6. terrain.

This tender focuses on electrical installations.
