Background

AB Transitio intends to procure an integrated system support for the Company's document and case management. It is central that the Integrated System Support meets the applicable legal requirements. It shall therefore comply with specified legal requirements and applicable standards relating to GDPR, diary keeping, archiving, information security and more. AB Transitio seeks proven system support used in Swedish public activities, based as far as possible on proven solutions and technologies.

AB Transitio does not develop its own systems, but procured well-proven IT systems including operation, support and maintenance.

AB Transitio's starting point is that the external system provider takes overall responsibility for the ongoing operation and management of the company's system (service delivery).
