1. The object of the contract is the collection from the Contracting Authority of municipal waste collected by the Ordering Party, the transport of such waste to the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation (RIPOK) and its development, including waste collected at the Municipal Selective Collection Point Municipal Waste located at Moczarki Street in Limanowa.

2. The order was divided into two parts:

1) Part 1 — collection and management of waste from the base at 7 River Street

2) Part 2 — collection and management of waste from PSZOK at Moczarki Street 19
