Extent

The procurement concerns complementary food and grocery purchases in consumer packaging. The procurement is divided into three contract areas:

Agreement Area 1: Physical store with e-commerce for pickup.

Contract area 2: physical store without e-commerce.

Agreement area 3: e-commerce with delivery.

You are invited to apply for participation in the titled procurement according to this procurement document and its annexes.

In the procurement document, authorities under point 1.1.4 are referred to as the "purchaser" and the tenderer "the supplier".

The solicitor's representative in the procurement is Kalmar Municipality, Service Administration, Procurement Unit.

Extent

The procurement concerns complementary food and grocery purchases in consumer packaging. The procurement is divided into three contract areas:

Contract area 1: with requirements for physical store. Purchases should be carried out in store. Some purchases are educational purchases / social training as these purchases are made together with users and others from different activities.

Agreement area 2: with requirements for a physical store in Kalmar municipality and e-commerce system for collection. Purchases should be carried out through e-commerce systems.

Agreement area 3: with requirements for e-commerce systems for delivery to the delivery address specified by the Client. Purchases should be carried out through e-commerce systems. The client may sign call-off agreements with one or more suppliers at a time, depending on the need during the contract period.

All prices shall at most be the prices offered to private individuals by the Supplier. If private individuals cannot buy from the Supplier, they cannot participate in the procurement. No additional costs may be charged to the Client.

The Suppliers with whom the agreement is signed shall offer a comprehensive range of food in consumer packaging within the product groups fresh produce, frozen goods, colonial goods (groceries) and hygiene items similar to stores such as Ica maxi, Ica kvantum, Ica nära, Coop extra, Hemköp, City Gross or Netto or equivalent.

However, the customer does not undertake to call off a certain quantity, but the assumed supplier is obliged to supply the customer's real needs.

Term

Agreement Areas 1, 2 and 3: Agreements will run for one year from the time both parties have signed the agreement. If the contract is not terminated, the term of the contract is automatically extended by one year at a time. At the most, agreements are valid until 2026-08-01. Both parties have the right to terminate the agreement with 4 months' notice. Termination shall be made in writing. Please note that call-off agreements signed for agreement area 3 have a notice period of 3 months.
