villas 1 to 8: earthworks, fences, VRD and landscaping

the works will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the special technical clauses (Cctp)They include in particular:- general earthworks- manholes/connection boxes/building exit drains for EP networks, EU- supply and installation of ducts for strong current and telephone networks- external concrete paving and in particular those of bicycle shelters / laundry room and entrance- the external networks Eu/Ep from the manholes of exit of the building up to the concession networks including connection- the AEP networks left waiting in the bike room up to the concession network including connection- the supply and installation of an AEP room per villa- the concessionaire certificates of conformity- water analyses after works- development of green spaces
