Unlimited tender for the successive delivery of vouchers for customers of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Radom

The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of vouchers with a nominal and purchasing value of PLN 10 for the purchase of food and cleaning products for the Customers of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Radom, in the amount not exceeding 35,000 pieces, possible to be implemented in the city of Radom, within at least 6 months from the date of delivery of vouchers to the headquarters of the Ordering Party and signing the acceptance protocol by him. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of vouchers with a nominal and purchasing value of PLN 10 for the purchase of groceries and cleaning products for customers of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Radom, in the amount of not more than 35,000 pieces, possible to be implemented in the city of Radom, within at least 6 months from the date of delivery of vouchers to the Ordering Party and signing the acceptance protocol by him. It is required that all vouchers delivered are in paper form and bear a bearer sign. Each voucher must bear: a) the clause: "Excluding alcoholic beverages and tobacco products" or any other equivalent clause, b) a print indicating the face value of the voucher, c) the identification number of the voucher, d) the identification number of its issuer, e) the indicated expiry date of the voucher. Commodity vouchers must allow purchases of: a) foodstuffs at least such as: dairy products, bread, sausages, raw meat, vegetables, fruit, flour, groats, rice, pasta, except for alcoholic products and tobacco products, b) cleaning products at least such as: soap, shampoo, toothpaste, dishwashing liquid, washing powder. Vouchers must be redeemable in at least 5 retail outlets located in the city of Radom. A full and detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in SWZ. GDPR information clause: Please be advised that your personal data will be processed on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 lit. b and c GDPR in order to conduct the public procurement procedure and conclude the contract. The information clause regarding the processing of personal data is contained in Chapter XXIII SWZ. Other information: 1. The contractor joining the proceedings is obliged to pay a security in the amount of PLN 3500.00 before the deadline for submitting tenders. 2. In these proceedings, communication between the Contracting Authority and the Contractors takes place electronically using electronic means of communication: miniPortal https://miniportal.uzp.gov.pl/ and ePUAP (forms are available under the link https://obywatel.gov.pl/nforms/ezamowienia, https://epuap.gov.pl/wps/portal). 3. The tender shall be submitted, under pain of nullity, in electronic form bearing a qualified electronic signature. Submission of the offer takes place using the miniPortal https://miniportal.uzp.gov.pl/, ePUAP https://epuap.gov.pl/wps/portal. The functionality for encrypting the offer by the Contractor is available to Contractors on the miniPortal, in the details of a given procedure. 4. The Contracting Authority shall not allow partial bids to be submitted.5. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of variant bids. 6. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the conclusion of a framework agreement. 7. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the obligation to lodge a performance bond. 8. The contracting authority does not provide for contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) and (8) of the PPL. 9. The Contracting Authority does not require the Contractor to carry out an on-site inspection or check the documents necessary to perform the contract, referred to in Article 131(2) of the PPL. 10. The contracting authority does not provide for the reverse order of evaluation of tenders referred to in Article 139 of the PPL. 11. The contracting authority does not provide for the selection of the most advantageous offer using an electronic auction. 12. The Contracting Authority does not provide for reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings. 13. The contracting authority does not provide for employment requirements on the basis of an employment relationship in the circumstances referred to in Article 95 of the PPL. 14. The contracting authority does not provide for requirements for the employment of persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the PPL. 15. The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the right to apply for the award of a contract only by the Contractors referred to in Article 94 of the PPL 16. The Contracting Authority does not require the Contractor to perform key tasks in person in accordance with Article 60 and Article 121 of the PPL.
