The contracting authority for this competition is Regionalt Innkjøp i Kongsvingerregionen (RIIK) [Regional Procurement in the Kongsvinger Region (RIIK)]. RIIK is implementing the competition, will sign contracts and is the contract administrator on behalf of the municipalities and the participating inter municipal companies (the clients). The clients occupy a significant number of buildings, including offices, schools, nursery schools, nursing homes, technical buildings etc. and implements investment/construction projects for their own businesses. The contracting authority wants to enter into parallel framework agreements for plumbing services.

The contracting authority wants to enter into parallel framework agreements for the following assignments:

— maintenance measures, replacement and changes on existing buildings/installations;

— reconstructions and minor contracts;

— urgent assignments.

This procurement concerns plumbing works. Work assignments will primarily include:

— sanitary installations;

— heating installations;

— HVAC and sanitation/Water and Sewage;

— connection of temporary water during line breaks/redevelopment projects;

— replace water meters.

Tenders can be submitted for parts of the assignment, i.e. tenders for the following groups:

— Solør: The municipalities of Grue, Våler and Åsnes and GIVAS’ facilities in Grue;

— Odalen: The municipalities of Nord-Odal and Sør-Odal, as well as GIR and GIVAS’ facilities in these municipalities;

— Kongsvinger: Kongsvinger municipality as well as GIR and GIVAS’ facilities in Kongsvinger municipality;

— Eidskog: Eidskog municipality as well as GIR and GIVAS’ facilities in the Eidskog municipalities.
