Printing of the city's monthly newspaper

The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a framework agreement for a single contractor with purchase orders for the printing, finishing and delivery of the monthly municipal newspaper L'Ignymontain, published by the city of Montigny-Le-Bretonneux (32,335 inhabitants - Yvelines). This newspaper has been distributed to residents' mailboxes since 1991. It is a major tool for local citizen information and for deciphering the public policies carried out within the framework of the municipal project. 11 issues are published each year, according to an optimized process and deadline, from the sending of the pages to the distribution to the mailboxes
