The stipulations of this framework agreement concern the following services: the capture, collection and transport of stray, stray and/or dangerous animals (cats, dogs, other domestic and wild animals), whether identified or not, the care of injured or injured animals / their reception on the premises of the animal pound, their custody, the search for their owner, their return to Foundations or Animal Protection Associations, their euthanasia if necessary / the removal of dead animals in accordance with the legislation in force / the management of the animal pound according to the regulations in force. services for the capture, collection and transport of stray, dangerous, injured, injured or dead animals on public roadsThe services provided by Lot 1 concern the capture of live animals: stray, dangerous, accidental, injured and/or abandoned and their driving to the pound as well as the collection and removal of dead animals throughout the municipality and their taking to the rendering centre or the pound in accordance with the legislation in force. It is passed on the basis of unit prices to the unit price schedule
Operation of the animal poundConcerning Lot 2, the services expected are as follows:-The holder will ensure the management of the animal pound within the framework of the requirements provided for by the regulations in force.-The pound must be able to accommodate abandoned, stray or automatically brought animals, coming from the entire territory of the municipality of Colombes, at the request of the agents of the hygiene and environmental health service, of the Municipal Police and the on-call staff of the Colombes town hall.-The keeper of the animals must comply with the regulations concerning veterinary care and health monitoring.-The holder will be in charge of the search for the owner of the animal.-The domestic animals will be kept in an impound during the legal deadlines. At the end of the storage period (eight working days), in the event of non-return to the owner, the keeper must provide for the transfer of the animals to an animal protection organisation or the return to the owner
