The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for protective vests. The framework agreement duration will be two (2) years with an option to extend for a further 1+1 year.

Protective vests will primarily be procured for security guards in SAV. The security guards are employed by DSS and carry out security assignments for DSS, the joint ministries, the Supreme Court of Norway, and the Government's representation sites/ the Prime Minister's residence.

Some of the equipment can also be used by other groups in DSS, for example,

the reception service.

The Ministry of Defence can make call-offs under the framework agreement.
