The articles advertised are divided into 5 groups (1: cleaning supplies, 2: cleaning accessories, 3: personal protective equipment, 4: dispenser systems and accessories, 5: tissue paper).

In addition to the standard items listed in the service directory (approx. 184 core articles), free text orders from the respective product categories are also called up, which account for approximately 25 percent of the estimated total order volume.

The estimated order volume (catalog and free text orders) is EUR 10,430,000 (net) for the possible total period of 4 years.

Approximately 2,300 different customers are entitled to order at approximately 683 delivery points on average. Orders are to be placed free of use within 10 calendar days.

The items to be offered must be consistently adhered to the quality requirements of the list of services.

The cleaning agents offered may not contain certain chemical ingredients.
