Through this procedure, the contracting authority shall search for an external partner

for:

1. the production and delivery of the television programme "Kijk Uit" (weekly programme

sur VRT one).

2. the production of social media content in the form of video(s) of maximum 60

Seconds.

3. French subtitling of certain productions for social networks.

This is a joint contract between the Vlaamse Stichting Verkeerskunde (VSV) and the

Brussels-Capital Region (Brussels Mobility).
