PROJECT EXECUTION AND DELIVERY TOGETHER WITH THE ASSEMBLY OF THE PROCESS LINE FOR THE PROCESSING OF BULKY WASTE AND RESIDUES AFTER SORTING MUNICIPAL WASTE, IN THE DESIGN AND BUILD MODE.

The subject of the contract is the implementation of a technological project, delivery and installation of technological line equipment for processing bulky waste and residues after sorting municipal waste. The contract provides for the delivery of specialized equipment, that is, a set of equipment for waste treatment and automatic sorting. The processing power of the process line should be 40,000 mg/year

The project, delivery and installation of technological line equipment for processing large waste and residues after sorting municipal waste includes:

Development of a technological design of a technological line for waste treatment, which must be accepted by the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party encloses an example scheme of the process line on the example of which the subject of the order must be executed.

Development of industry projects related to the supply and control of the sorting plant's technological line,

Delivery and installation of equipment and structures included in the process line,

Conducting tests and measurements (e.g. illumination, noise, grounding),

Carrying out commissioning and technological tests confirming obtaining by the supplied equipment and the entire technological line of the required technical parameters,

Obtaining the necessary feedback confirming the possibility of operation of the technological line

Obtain the necessary administrative decisions, if required in the process of delivery, assembly and commissioning of the process line,

Cooperation with the Contractor implementing the contract covering the execution of construction works, i.e. the construction of the hall in which the technological line covered by this contract will be located,

5. The subject of the order also includes:

• Development of material and financial schedule,

• Development in agreement with the Contracting Authority of a technological design of the waste treatment line,

• Development in agreement with the Contracting Authority of the projects of industry installations necessary for the operation of the equipment included in the supply, including, among others: power supply, ACPiA installation, compressed air installation, lighting, grounding, etc.

• execution of all installation works resulting from the developed documentation,

• exercising copyright supervision over the implementation of works covered by the aforementioned design documentation,

• preparatory works, inventory, possible demolition and reconstruction of existing networks or equipment in collision with the planned intention,

• delivery and installation of technological equipment

• delivery and commissioning of the complete AKPiA system necessary for the operation of the installation, including the transfer of access codes and licenses,

• ensuring complete marking of objects, equipment, premises, zones and other installation elements requiring marking, in accordance with the law,

• providing the Ordering Party with complete as-built documentation, operating and maintenance instructions, technical and movement documentation, job and safety instructions. ,

• development of commissioning design and commissioning of installed technological installations and equipment,

• conducting final tests in the range confirming the achievement of guaranteed parameters,

• training of the personnel of the Contracting Authority in the field of operation of equipment and installation of their maintenance and repairs, which can be carried out without the participation of the service

• obtaining the necessary arrangements, opinions and permits resulting from the law and resulting from the requirements of this document to enable operation,

• transfer to the Ordering Party a technological line for use,
