The Government Administration Services (DSS) would like to establish framework agreement(s) within different fields connected to technical consultancy services. The aim is to establish framework agreement(s) that cover DSS:ICT's total need for technical consultancy services connected to the different fields within iCT.

The contracts shall ensure DSS access to consultants who can act as requirement setters and consultants in technical problems connected to the current joint ICT platform and in the project New ICT system for the ministries. The service providers cannot therefore be a supplier or sub supplier of services to DSS for development, implementation, operation or a supplier of equipment for ICT, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations, cf. FOA § 3-8.

A framework agreement shall be signed for technical consultancy services within each individual field. The fields that framework agreements shall be signed for are:

1. Network.

2. ICT platform, information security and system administration.

3. Core services/professional services.

4. Architecture.

5. System approval.

6. Implementation.
