The subject of the contract includes the reconstruction of three sections of county roads No. 1601L, 1604L and 1636L.
Section I – No. 1601L (Lipowa Street in Parczew - Wierzbówka) with a total length of 2.18 km
Section II – No. 1604L with the renovation of the bridge facility* / box culvert* in the m. Ash tree with a total length of 2.13 km
Section III – No. 1636L The project will be implemented in the "design and build" formula. (Al. Zwyciestwa in Parczew) with a total length of about 1.2 km
1. The subject of the contract includes the reconstruction of three sections of county roads No. 1601L, 1604L and 1636L.
Episode I – No. 1601L.
Reconstruction of the county road No. 1601L (Lipowa Street in Parczew - Wierzbówka) with a total length of 2.18 km
The scope of the study includes:
- preparatory works,
- widening the existing surface to the parameters of a separate bicycle path
- on the section from about 1+570.00 to km 2+060, reconstruction of existing exits and completion of the right-hand sided shoulder is planned,
- on the section from km 2+060.00 to the end of the scope of works, it is planned to make a surface of mechanically stabilized broken aggregate,
- reconstruction and restoration of existing ditches,
- reconstruction of intersections with side roads,
- reconstruction of existing and construction of exits,
- reconstruction and cleaning of existing culverts under the crown of the road,
- updating existing road markings and road markings,
- finishing works.
Construction works will be carried out on the basis of the construction documentation held on the basis of a document granting consent to conduct construction works planned to be obtained before the Contractor commences construction works.
Episode II – 1604L
Reconstruction of the county road No. 1604L along with the renovation of the bridge facility * / box culvert * in the m. Ash tree with a total length of 2.13 km (* - the water device on the Piskorzanka River located in the Doge according to various sources / data is interchangeably called a bridge object or a box culvert in connection with which these names are used interchangeably in the construction documentation). The scope of the study includes:
- preparatory works,
- strengthening the existing surface of the county road with its local widening,
- reconstruction and restoration of existing ditches,
- reconstruction of intersections with side roads,
- reconstruction of existing and construction of exits,
- reconstruction and cleaning of existing culverts under the crown of the road,
- renovation of the existing box culvert at km 1+970.00,
- updating existing road markings and road markings,
- finishing works.
Construction works will be carried out on the basis of the construction documentation held on the basis of a document granting consent to conduct construction works planned to be obtained before the Contractor commences construction works.
Episode III – No. 1636L
The project will be implemented in the "design and build" formula. This means that the Contractor is obliged to prepare complete technical documentation necessary for the reconstruction of the road and to obtain all permits and consents required by law, as well as arrangements with competent authorities (entities), and then perform construction works on the basis of this documentation – i.e. reconstruction of the county road No. 1636L (Al. Zwyciestwa in Parczew) with a total length of about 1.2 km in the municipality of Parczew, Parczew County, Lublin Voivodeship.
The scope of construction works includes:
- making extensions and correcting the course of the road, adapting to the existing road lane,
- construction of a technological channel or obtaining consent from the Minister of Digitization for exemption from the obligation to build a technological channel for investments,
- construction and reconstruction of exits,
- construction and reconstruction of the pavement,
- construction and reconstruction of pedestrian crossings,
- construction and reconstruction of existing road lighting,
- construction of parking bays,
- reconstruction of existing intersections with side roads (reconstruction of one intersection into a turbine roundabout intersection), the scope of reconstruction of intersections should be agreed with the Investor,
- reconstruction of the existing rainwater drainage system along with the construction of new drainage elements,
- reconstruction of existing infrastructure interfering with the reconstruction of the road,
- reconstruction/restoration of existing roadsides and green areas at the border of the road lane,
- felling/care of trees and felling of shrubs,
- updating and replacing the markings.
