Description:
"Supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 to the indicated points of consumption".

The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of electricity in the period from 01.01.2024. by 31.12.2024 with an estimated volume of approx. 2940 MWh to the consumption points specified in the table constituting Annex 7 to this SWZ

1) The projected electricity consumption above is indicative and may deviate from the actual amount of energy collected, over the duration of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of energy taken does not incur any consequences for the contracting person (customer), other than the need to pay for the energy actually collected according to the rates set out in the contract. Settlement periods: 1 (one) month.

The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of electricity in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 with an estimated volume of approx. 2940 MWh to the consumption points specified in the table constituting Annex 7 to this SWZ

1) The forecasted electricity consumption indicated above is indicative and may differ from the amount of energy actually consumed during the term of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of energy consumed does not entail any consequences for the ordering party (recipient), except for the need to pay for the energy actually consumed at the rates specified in the concluded contract. Billing periods: one (1) month.

2) Quality standards: the subject of the contract is the supply of electricity with quality standards specified in accordance with applicable regulations.

Electricity quality standards are described in the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 93, item 623, as amended). The rules for determining the calculation of terifs and settlements in electricity trading are specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 6 March 2019 (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 503, as amended).

3) Distribution services will be provided on the basis of separate agreements concluded between the ordering party and the distribution system operator (DSO).

(4) Distribution system operator — as described in Annex 7 to the column '.' Distribution system operator'.

5) The Contractor, based on the power of attorney granted, will be obliged to report on its own behalf and on behalf of the ordering party (the customer) contracts for the sale of electricity to the competent DSO in accordance with applicable regulations.

6) Note: The Contractor will notify the collection points only on the basis of the data provided (after the conclusion of the electricity sales contract) by the ordering party or its Proxy to change the seller.

7) In Annex 7 to swz in the change column, it is indicated that the change of the seller will take place once again, i.e. that the ordering party (recipient) has distribution agreements concluded for an indefinite period.

8) In Annex 7 to swz in the column "Recipient (address for sending invoices)" indicates the Recipient and the address to which the invoice should be sent (one collective). Data on issuing and delivering an invoice will be included in the contract for the supply of electricity / annex to the contract.

9) Existing contracts for the supply of electricity will expire or be terminated with effect from the day preceding the planned date of commencement of supplies.

10) With regard to all PPE, the ordering party (the customer) has the status of a customer, so he has the right to purchase energy from a seller of his choice / Article 4j paragraph 1 of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 /.

11) Settlement for the electricity consumed will take place on the basis of data on electricity consumption

For made available to the contractor by the DSO for the billing period in question. The Contracting Authority shall not allow invoices to be issued on the basis of the consumed estimates made by the Contractor — the prohibition does not apply to the estimated wear shown by the DSO.

12) Settlements are to be carried out according to the recipient, the ordering party agrees to issue one common invoice for collection points.

13) For the purposes of settlements for the electricity consumed, the contractor will use (as the starting point) the net unit price. The Ordering Party agrees to use the kWh or MWh unit on invoices.

14) The Ordering Party does not allow the contractor to independently change the date of commencement of deliveries to individual points. The applicable delivery dates to individual collection points are the dates indicated in Annex 7 to the contract column "delivery period".

The subject of this order has not been divided into parts.
