The city of Sassnitz intends to redesign the front area of the "Lange Reihe". The buildings at Hafenstraße 12 House K to G are referred to as the "Lange Reihe". The invitation to tender covers the planning services of the outdoor facilities for the front area of this series of buildings.

The design concept for this area was developed in 2022 by A & S GmbH Neubrandenburg and decided by the city council. The area is located in the area of development plan no. 10.1.

The documents form the basis for further planning and are attached to the tender.

Planning services for outdoor facilities according to Part 3 Section 2 HOAI

It is intended to commission all basic services of work phases 1 to 9 according to the HOAI.

A step-by-step assignment takes place. Initially, the service phases 1 to 3 are commissioned in accordance with § 39 HOAI. The client reserves the option for further step-by-step commissioning from work phase 4 and following.

Special services

A special service is the monitoring of the remedy of defects within the limitation period according to Annex 11 of the HOAI. The performance is to be calculated at a flat rate of 25 man hours.
