Mechanical and electrical maintenance, reactive and planned works split into six lots as follows:

Lots 1 and 2 for both Bedfordshire Police and Cambridgeshire Constabulary;

Lots 3 and 4 for Cambridgeshire Constabulary only;

Lots 5 and 6 for Bedfordshire Police only.

1) The maintenance and testing of emergency and photovoltaic power supply systems;

2) The maintenance and testing of fire alarms, fire suppression, portable firefighting appliances and emergency lighting;

3) The maintenance and testing of mechanical and electrical services;

4) The maintenance and testing of heat pumps and associated comfort cooling units;

5) The maintenance of electrical services (reactive service only);

6) The maintenance and testing of mechanical services.
