CFSU(E) requires commercial fuel cards for the purpose of purchasing fuel for our fleet of vehicles. The key element of this request is that the fuel cards must have the capacity/capability of removing the Value Added Tax (VAT) and the Mineral Oil Tax at time of purchase.

Request is to obtain approximately thirty (30) Value Added Tax (VAT) and Mineral Oil Tax exempt fuel and Automotive Services cards for the explicit use of CFSU(E) and OS Hub Europe with their owned and/or rented vehicles. Access to fuel and Automotive Services cards will be authorized to only those on official government business as designated by the CFSU(E) Transportation Authority.
