Framework agreement for the supply and delivery of skips for the collection of household waste from the Communauté des communes Vallée des Baux-Alpilles. This consultation is conducted according to an open tender procedure, pursuant to Article L. 2124-2 of the French Public Procurement Code in force on 1.4.2019. It is a framework agreement within the meaning of Article L. 2125-1 1º of the Public Order Code and concluded with an economic operator. The framework agreement sets all contractual stipulations, it will be executed as and when issuing purchase orders under the conditions set in Article R. 2162-13 of the code of public order.

This concerns the acquisition and delivery of waste collection bins (19 t and 26 t for volumes of 14 m 3 at 20 m 3 ). This lot is a framework agreement within the meaning of Article L. 2125-1 1º of the Public Order Code and concluded with an economic operator. This is a framework agreement with for each lot a minimum and maximum quantity as described in the SCC. The framework agreement sets all contractual stipulations, it will be executed as and when issuing purchase orders under the conditions set forth in Article R. 2162-13 of the Code of Public Order. This is the acquisition and delivery of 5 m mini compact waste collection bucket 3 of volume on a chassis of 3,5 and 4,5 t: it is a framework agreement within the meaning of Article L. 2125-1 1º of the code of the public order and concluded with an economic operator. The framework agreement sets all contractual stipulations, it will be executed as and when issuing purchase orders under the conditions set in Article R. 2162-13 of the code of public order.
