This framework agreement covers the implementation on order of soil condition recognition facilities, risk management projects, remediation projects, time-limited treatment requests, final assessments, taking and analysis of land, groundwater and asphalt samples, depending on the infrastructure works to be carried out on different sites in the Brussels Capital Region.

The mission includes (for the detailed description, see chapter 4 of the administrative and technical clauses):

• Location of concessionary facilities at the locations of the boreholes to be carried out;

• Drilling for sampling (varying depths as needed);

• Sampling and laboratory analysis of land, groundwater and asphalt samples;

• Preparation of a report on the analyses carried out;

• The establishment of recognition of the state of the soil;

• The establishment of detailed studies;

• The establishment of risk studies;

• Establishment of risk management projects;

• The establishment of a declaration prior to processing of limited duration;

• The establishment of modifications and/or complements to the risk management project and/or remediation works:

• Monitoring of remediation and/or risk management work

• The establishment of final evaluations;

• Land quality reporting;

• Remuneration for the execution of various works under direct management or reimbursement.

Throughout the duration of the mission:

• translations of certain documents and plans into the language other FR/NL than that of the tender.

• Participates in meetings at the request of the M.O.
