The purpose of this contract is to equip, manage, operate and maintain the Locarno car park.

Firm phase: the market hall will be open four sessions per week. These sessions must be held on Sunday and three other days of the week from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. These days and opening times for said sessions will be defined later. They will be finalized at the contract signing stage.

Optional slices: applicants are invited to cost the following options:

- optional phase 1: five hall opening sessions per week;

- optional phase 2: six hall opening sessions per week.

The execution of the optional phase is subject to the mayor's decision. This decision is notified to the holder by letter R / AR. It is specified that no compensation for waiting or forfeiture is provided. The economic operator must obligatorily respond to the firm phase and to the two optional phases.
