Bioforsk is a research institute with expertise at a high international level within agriculture, food production, plant health, the environment and resource management. Bioforsk also focuses on research based innovation and value creation. Sustainable resource use is a fundamental premise. Bioforsk has seven research centres with approx. 450 employees and departments nationwide. Bioforsk, hereafter called the contracting authority, is organised under the Ministry of Agriculture and Food (LMD) as an administrative body with special authority.

Bioforsk runs a conference centre at Svanhovd, in Pasvik. Bioforsk would like to enter into a framework agreement for all procurements of food and beverages related to the operation of the conference centre. It is desirable to have one supplier for the entire supply, and therefore partial tenders cannot be submitted.

Tenderers must be a full-range supplier for this type of delivery, and shall have a broad product range to offer the contracting authority. The conference centre is located a good distance from the beaten track, and needs, therefore, a supplier who can guarantee reliable deliveries as regards assortment and not least as regards the time.
