The mission of the project author aims to create a new kindergarten and primary school, including the surrounding area (playground, courtyard, parking, ...). The maximum gross area of the school expected is about 1900 m
The land is Rue Charles Frère at 4520 Vinalmont. Plots are cadastral 469a (+/- 4,438 m)
This project is subsidized by the Wallonia-Brussels Federation as part of its traditional program (school infrastructure) and must meet the standards set by it.
The current school accommodates 208 students (128 primary, 80 nursery) is located in the center of the village of Vinalmont. The contracting authority wishes to preserve this spirit of village school on a human scale where everyone knows each other, can easily walk or cycle to school. It's a bell that calls the students to line up. In addition, students will be brought to be close to their environment and to discover it. They will enjoy their wooded yard and future developments without fear of putting mud on their shoes because they will return to class in slippers. In the countryside, children like to scratch in the dirt, play in small holes, walk in puddles. Let them enjoy the outdoor discovery and the beautiful environment that surrounds them.
The proposed building should at least meet the QZEN standard. In addition, the means used to achieve this standard will prioritize the reduction of end-use needs, the use of efficient systems and the use of renewable energies.
For the construction of the school, the contracting authority provides for a maximum budget of approximately EUR 2 576 752.20 excluding VAT and excluding project costs. In parallel, a budget of 200 000 EUR excluding VAT is foreseen for mobility schemes.
The skills required for this market are architecture, building stability, special techniques, PEB, roads, health safety coordination and mobility, as well as public procurement.
The purpose of this contract is:
- the preparation of the preliminary design and soil tests, including the piezometer,
- the establishment of the project of execution (final project),
- the handing over of the documents for the obtaining of the urban planning permit of which a PEB manager's mission,
- the submission of the necessary documents to the subsidy,
- the drawing up of the contract notice and the special specifications,
- the verification of tenders and the completion of a tender examination report,
- control and direction of work,
- the coordination between the lots,
- participation in site meetings,
- the verification of the progress reports,
- participation in temporary and final receptions.
The tenderer's attention is drawn to the fact that the CSC works will be structured in batches (min 2: building and surroundings).
