The Contracting Authority intended to award an Assignment to one Contractor for the specifications BE-2023.09 concerns "Mowing maintenance of waterways in the urban and rural area and the daily Maintenance of The Green Supply of Municipal Main Roads in the municipality of Lelystad".

This specifications contain two plots, namely:

Cutlery BE-2023.09 plot 1: Zuiderzeeland Water Board

Mowing maintenance of waterways in the urban and rural area in the municipality of Lelystad

And

Specifications BE-2023.09 lot 2: Municipality of Lelystad

Daily Maintenance Landscaping Stadshoofdwegen in the municipality of Lelystad

The registration amount, which is decisive for the registration, is the sum of the prices of BE-2023.09 lot 1 and BE-2023.09 lot 2.

The Contract shall be awarded to the Tenderer who issued the Tender with the lowest price.

Scope of the contract

The work in lot 1: Zuiderzeeland Water Board mainly consists of:

- mowing wet part of waterways,

- the ecological mowing of verges, under- and puddle verges and embankments of banks;

- cleaning up the mown crop,

- mowing out objects and scales;

- cleaning scales and divers;

- making equipment and personnel available;

- carrying out all additional work.

The work in lot 2: Municipality of Lelystad consists mainly of:

- maintenance of trees (weed control);

- maintenance of planting areas (weed control);

- maintenance of hedges (weed control, cutting);

- grass maintenance (including mowing work);

- weed control on pavements;

- control / remove sweeping dirt;

- carrying out additional work.
