Framework agreement for project management for the restoration of the stables of the Trévarez estate (Phase 2).

It is already indicated that this framework agreement may be the subject of two subsequent contracts: 1st subsequent contract: Diagnosis within the meaning of Article R.2431-19 of the Public Procurement Code; 2nd Resulting Contract comprising the core mission and additional missions to be defined in the Resulting Contract

This consultation concerns a single-contractor framework agreement with subsequent contracts with no minimum and with a maximum in application of Articles R.2192-1 to R.2162-7 and R2162-9 of the French Public Procurement Code. This framework agreement will make it possible to retain a single operator with whom subsequent contracts will be concluded when the requirements arise. It will also allow the conclusion of its 1st subsequent contract, for the diagnostic mission.

The share of the provisional budget allocated to the works by the project owner is estimated at 1,583,000 excluding tax (value: July 2023). However, this share may change in view of the results of the diagnosis (1st subsequent market).
