The subject of the order “Maintenance and maintenance of the urban green areas of the city of Chełmża in the years 2022-2024" consists in particular:
- mowing green spaces,
- weeding green spaces,
- the current cleansing of urban greenery areas,
- cutting and forming hedges,
- current maintenance of benches and tables,
- cleaning the gas pressure washer,
- purchase and execution of plantings of trees and shrubs,
- purchase and execution of plantings of annual flowers and perennials,
- the execution of tree felling,
- cutting the crowns of trees,
- reclamation of lawns,
- purchase and spacing of benches,
- painting fences and washing gases,
- felling of shrubs.
The subject of the order “Maintenance and maintenance of the urban green areas of the city of Chełmża in the years 2022-2024" consists in particular:
- mowing green spaces,
- weeding green spaces,
- the current cleansing of urban greenery areas,
- cutting and forming hedges,
- current maintenance of benches and tables,
- cleaning the gas pressure washer,
- purchase and execution of plantings of trees and shrubs,
- purchase and execution of plantings of annual flowers and perennials,
- the execution of tree felling,
- cutting the crowns of trees,
- reclamation of lawns,
- purchase and spacing of benches,
- painting fences and washing gases,
- felling of shrubs.
The Contracting Authority recommends that the Contractors shall, before submitting tenders, make their own right and at their own risk, visual inspection and vision of the local places where the subject of the contract will be carried out and read the terms of performance of the order. The Contractor should carry out a detailed local vision in order to obtain all necessary information as to the risks, difficulties and any other circumstances that may occur during the execution of the contract. The costs of local vision are borne by the Contractor.
The Contractor shall be solely responsible for examining with due care the subject matter of the contract and for obtaining information in respect of any and any conditions and obligations which may in any way affect the value or nature of the offer or the provision of services.
Persons who have the required powers, professional qualifications, education must participate in the implementation of the task if the laws impose an obligation to have such powers, qualifications or education.
It is considered that the submission of tenders means that the Contractors have become acquainted with all relevant laws and other legal provisions in force within the Republic of Poland which may in any way affect or relate to the activities and activities covered by the offer and the resulting contract in the on public procurement.
Warranty and warranty:
- The Contractor undertakes to provide guarantees and warrants for the entire scope of the contract,
- The required minimum warranty period for the following items of the order is:
for the purchase and placement of benches — 12 months,
A detailed description of the subject of the contract, a description of the requirements of the contracting authority for implementation shall specify:
- Annex 8 to SWZ: draft contract/relevant contract provisions
- Annex 7 to SWZ: description of the object of the order
- Annex 9 to SWZ: List of urban green areas covered by maintenance and maintenance 2022 — 2024
- Annex 10 to SWZ: detailed scope of work between 2022 and 2024
All requirements set out in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements and their fulfilment is obligatory. Failure to comply with the minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as incompatible with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226 (1) (5) of the Law Pzp.
