The new construction as a concrete structure is organized on 4 floors (ground floor + 3 upper floors). Appearance to the outside with a facing brickwork, in which individual window areas are arranged on the ground floor and continuous window bands on the 3 upper floors. The building opens on the ground floor in some areas through a mullion-transom facade. There you enter the atrium with the open step landscape and the meeting place for max. 500 people. The atrium is closed off above the 3rd floor with a flat-pitched glass roof. The glass roof is surrounded by a slightly sloping roof, an unkempt flat roof with all-round parapet and internal drainage. Inside is the atrium on the ground floor as a multifunctional room with a stage, a kitchen and the administration rooms. The first floor is accessed via a staircase with seating steps in the direction of the stage.

Delivery and installation of 45 door elements with overhead and side lights or interior window elements, each with different fire and sound insulation requirements (up to EI90 or 37dB).
