Tideway is seeking to appoint a provider for a computerised maintenance management system (CMMS), to include software solution and licensing, solution and user support, hosting, and hosting support and maintenance.

Tideway has a requirement for a project wide cloud based Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) solution, which will be used by the client organisation, main works contractors and other stakeholders.
The solution will include all elements required for the successful delivery of the services, including but not limited to:
— CMMS solution and/or licensing,
— configuration, implementation and training,
— solution/user support,
— hosting, maintenance and support.
The CMMS will be a software package that maintains a database to track information about the organisation’s maintenance operations. This information is used to help plan maintenance and inspection of assets in an optimal way. It can also be used to help verify compliance to regulators and other parties.
A CMMS solution is seen as a key aspect required to deliver Tideway’s vision of creating a cleaner river Thames for Londoners; by ensuring thorough and robust maintenance of assets we can ensure the tunnel and associated assets operate at optimal performances at all times.
The term will be an initial 3 years with extension options up to a maximum term of 10 years.
