The subject of the order is “Export and development of stabilized sewage sludge by method R3 and R10 from the Dąb Sewage Treatment Plant in Wodostrach Jaworzno sp. z o.o.”
The projected amount of sewage sludge intended for loading, export and development during the contract is 20,000 Mg including 12,000 Mg in the R10 process and 8,000 in the R3 process.
The subject of the order is “Export and development of stabilized sewage sludge by method R3 and R10 from the Dąb Sewage Treatment Plant in Wodostrach Jaworzno sp. z o.o.”
1. The purpose of the task is to receive, transport and ongoing development of stabilized municipal sewage sludge (waste code 190805) from the Deer Wastewater Treatment Plant in Jaworzno. The drainage station is prepared for the export of sludge by self-loading cars or semi-trailers with a capacity of 24 tonnes. The Contractor shall conduct the processing of the sludge in the lawful process of R10 and R3 of disposal/recovery for waste 19 08 05, provided that the relevant authorisations for the duration of the contract has been carried out. It is necessary to inform immediately of changes to the licences they have.
2. Expected quantity of sewage sludge intended for loading, export
and development during the contract amounts to 20,000 Mg including 12,000 Mg in the R10 process and 8,000 in the R3 process.
The Contracting Authority provides that the Contractor will receive 8000 Mg of sediment during the winter, preventing agricultural use or in the rest of the period in case of inclement weather. The remainder of the contract i.e. 12000 Mg of sludge will be subject to agricultural use in accordance with Article 96 (1) of the Waste Act. The quantity given is the estimated maximum quantity. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to export the entire maximum amount of sludge. The Contracting Authority's minimum provision range is determined by 16,000 Mg of the value of the Contract Subject (11,000 Mg R10 and 5,000 Mg R3). The Contractor shall accept that, in the event of less sludge being exported than the maximum size indicated in the description of the subject of the contract, the Contractors shall not be entitled to any claims, including compensation.
The Contracting Authority stipulates that the export and agricultural recovery of municipal sewage sludge will take place from March to November, and during the months of December — February the Contractor is obliged to carry out recovery by the R3 method in accordance with the provisions of the law. In the event of favorable climatic conditions in the months of December - February (positive temperatures, no permafrost and snow cover), the Ordering Party allows the possibility of carrying out the entire order based on the R10 process in accordance with Article 96 (1).
During the period March — November in cases preventing the Contractor from recovering sediments in the R10 process (e.g. long-term rainfall), the Contractor is obliged to use sewage sludge in process R3. This fact should be notified in writing to the Contracting Authority, who will have the right to carry out a visual inspection of the plot together with a representative of the Contractor.
3. Detailed description of the item of the order is shown in Part III of SWZ — Description of the item of the order. The item of the order will be executed in accordance with the Item Description of the Order and the contract, the model of which will be contained in the 2nd part of the SWZ.
