Construction site clearance.

For future construction measures, the Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf needs the construction site clearance according to the type and scope of the listed services:

- approx. 7,000 m 2 Clearing construction site,

- 8 pcs .. set up tree protection,

- clear approx. 37 stumps DU 0.1 to 0.75 m,

- approx. 60 m 2 Demolish traffic areas, including curbs,

- approx. 1 700 m 3 Remove topsoil, dispose of it,

- remove approx. 270 m of ground tape,

- approx. 750 m 3 Excavated soil for uncovering the heating duct,

- approx. 330 m 3 Cancel heating channel, including lines,

- dispose of approx. 120 t of concrete,

- dispose of approx. 13 t mineral wool,

- approx. 1 000 m 3 Ground installation,

- approx. 40 m 3 Search shaft in manual shaft

- approx. 130 m cable trench for electrical / communication, depth 1.30 to 1.80 m,

- Lay approx. 330 m of KSR, PEHD, DN / OD 110/200,

- Lay approx. 100 m of KSHR to secure existing lines, DN 110/160,

- Lay and connect approx. 690 m of electrical cables (low voltage and lighting),

- Lay approx. 300 m of telecommunication cable,

- Remove approx. 900 m of underground cable,

- approx. 20 m trenchless pipe laying using the flush drilling method, PEHD, 3 x DN / OD 200, 1 x DN / OD 110,

- Install 2 cable ducts, L / W 960/960, depth approx. 1.20 to 1.60 m.
