EMAS currently has a contract for an occupational health and well-being service which expires 31.7.2019 and is inviting suppliers to provide their best price and service levels for the renewal of this service.

The tenderer shall be required to offer services to all of EMAS’ employees, including bank workers, volunteers and individuals with honorary appointments.

The Tenderer of EAP Services inclusive of trauma support, shall provide a 24-hour confidential telephone helpline, advice and information service to employees/volunteers. This service will also be provided to any family member over the age of 16 who lives in the same household as the member of staff.

The tenderer of Musculo-skeletal Services, shall provide a confidential telephone helpline, advice and information service to EMAS’ employees, including Bank workers, volunteers and individuals with honorary appointments.
