The construction project will provide NetPort Science Park with workplaces for the coming years. The environment has been expansive for about 16 years with a continuous development where it is today leased to the last square meter. The upcoming building described in this procurement will be built for an activity-based office environment with 700 workplaces, two cinemas, a concert hall and a restaurant.

In this phase, the procurement is done with 7 or 8 procurements, which are then linked together in contract 1 as a general contract.
