Examination of the characterization of the operation and the management of the operationThe service provider will be responsible for assessing not only the characterization of the farm (in relation to the inventory of the land base and the description of the land concerned; but also, the management of the farm in relation to cultivation methods, to descriptions of the cellars and environmental measures.
