1.The subject of the contract shall be the successive supply of natural gas with distribution (high methane natural gas with symbol E) for the purposes of the State Administration Units, as defined in Annex 1 to the SIWZ.
2. The commencement of the natural gas supply referred to in paragraph 1 will take place no earlier than after the effective termination of the current comprehensive contracts for the sale of gas fuel with existing vendors.
3. The supply of gas will be carried out on the basis of contracts containing the provisions of the contract of sale and the contract for the provision of gas distribution services (comprehensive contract) and will be performed under the conditions laid down by the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997 Energy Law, Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code and implementing acts to the abovementioned laws.
4. Gas supply will be carried out to gas intake points (“PPG”), used to connect internal networks owned by State Administration Units with the gas network of the system operator.

4. The detailed list of gas collection points, tariff groups, contractual capacity and the planned quantity of gas fuel consumption are set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ, which is at the same time a Price Form.
5. The detailed manner of execution of the contract is set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ constituting the Designed provisions of the contract.

1) The General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways Branch in Warsaw is co-financed by the European Union by the Cohesion Fund under the Technical Assistance of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020,
2) The General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways Branch in Szczecin is co-financed by the European Union by the Cohesion Fund under technical assistance of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020,
3) The General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways Branch in Łódź is co-financed by the European Union from the Cohesion Fund under the Technical Assistance of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020.
