The subject of the contract is the provision of a service in the field of waste collection and management

municipal from owners of real estate residing in the municipality of Goczałkowice-Zdrój and

collection and management of municipal waste collected during cleaning works from the municipality

Goczałkowice-Zdrój and services related to the liquidation of wild landfills. Detailed scope of services

is described in the service specification – Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference.

The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal waste collection and management services from

owners of real estate residing in the Goczałkowice-Zdrój commune as well as collection and development

waste collected during cleaning works from the Goczałkowice-Zdrój commune and services related to

liquidation of wild landfills. The scope of the contract includes the collection and management of municipal waste

transferred by the owners of real estate located in the municipality of Goczałkowice-Zdrój, to

which are inhabited by residents, in a way that ensures that appropriate recycling rates are achieved,

preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduction of waste weight

biodegradable municipal plants sent for storage, collection and management

waste collected during cleaning works from the Goczałkowice-Zdrój commune and services related to

liquidation of wild landfills. Equipping properties where residents live with containers

The Contracting Authority is entitled to perform control activities towards the Contractor regarding the

compliance by the Contractor or subcontractor with the requirement of employment of persons under an employment contract

performing the above-mentioned activities. The Ordering Party is entitled in particular to: a) request

statements and documents in the scope of confirming compliance with the above-mentioned requirements and their assessment;

b) request explanations in case of doubts as to the confirmation of compliance with the above-mentioned requirements; c)

carry out on-the-spot inspections. The Ordering Party has foreseen the environmental aspect

the ecological nature of the contract in one of the criteria for the evaluation of tenders under the name "Environmental aspect", which

will be considered on the basis of the declared number of vehicles meeting the "Euro V" emission standard

or higher, provided by the Contractor in the offer form.
