The subject of the order is the delivery of 5 brand new low-floor Maxi city buses fueled with diesel. The buses offered must meet the requirements set out in Annex 1 to the ToR.

The subject of the order is the delivery of 5 brand new low-floor Maxi city buses fueled with diesel.
The Employer requires that the delivered buses have a "Vehicle Type Approval Certificate" issued for the type of bus delivered by the minister competent for transport, taking into account the compatibility of the variant and version, confirming unconditional approval, i.e. meeting the conditions set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31.12. 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2016.2022, as amended), required for entry into service without any derogations. The Purchaser accepts the possession of a current European Type Approval Certificate 'issued for a delivered type of bus in accordance with applicable regulations.
All buses offered by the Contractor must:
1) be adapted for the transport of disabled persons and meet the requirements specified by the Employer in Annex 1 to the ToR;
2) be brand new, i.e. manufactured not earlier than six months before delivery, not used (including for tests, tests, presentations or similar purposes);
3) be vehicles currently in continuous serial production of the manufacturer, prototype and pre-series vehicles are not allowed.
In addition, the order includes:
- providing the Employer with a set of diagnostic devices including a computer with diagnostic software. along with the licensing of this software and its free update,
- providing the Employer with a catalog of spare parts in an electronic version and the necessary instructions, catalogs, software, diagnostic connectors, technical documentation, operating and maintenance instructions and other documents required by separate provisions. All documents provided by the Contractor must be in Polish,
- providing warranty for delivered buses under the conditions described in the ToR,
- training up to 15 employees of the Employer in the field of maintenance and repairs on the conditions described in the ToR,
- training up to 15 drivers in operation, including economical driving,
- granting, and if the Bus Contractor is not a bus manufacturer, providing the Employer with internal bus authorization by the bus manufacturer to the extent that it allows independent maintenance, warranty and repair repairs and not covered by the warranty in the Employer's workshop under the conditions described in the ToR.
