The scope of Services for the Procurement has been divided into four separate lots:

— Lot 1 — Community health services — Not Awarded;

— Lot 2 — Mental health services including specialist LD (excluding CAMHS, IAPT and lower level mental health services);

— Lot 3 — Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS); and

— Lot 4 — Intermediate care.

The Services are offered to the market as individual lots. LCCG invite organisations, local and non-local, of all sizes and sectors to consider the future part they may be able to play in helping LCCG to achieve ‘A Healthier Luton’. The Commissioning Organisation(s) have made a deliberate decision to be inclusive and appeal to a wide market and believe the approach to inviting Bids for any number of the available lots, is the best way of achieving this.
