Case 49/01848/2023 - Preparation of documentation together with OPZ and NA for the task: construction of a complex of CBRN laboratories in Warsaw Leskiego 7

1) The subject of the contract is the comprehensive preparation of documentation with a description of the subject of the contract and the Author's Supervision for the task: construction of a CBRN laboratory complex with an extensive platform for the analysis of hazardous agents and materials of chemical, biological and radiation/nuclear origin implemented in the military complex at 7 Leskiego Street in Warsaw.

2) The Order will be executed in stages:

Stage I – execution of the Investment Program;

Stage II – execution of the Construction Project;

Stage III – preparation of the Technical and Detailed Design (i.e. Technical Design, Detail Engineering, bills of quantities, investor cost estimates, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, Statement of Task Costs, schedule of works, list of equipment and materials specifying technical parameters, including parameters determining the equivalence of devices and materials, description of the subject of the contract for the implementation of construction works, Green management project with inventory, Scenario of the development of events during a fire, Fire Instruction);

Stage IV – performing author's supervision during construction works.
