The objective of this tender is to enter into an agreement with one suitable contractor that can meet the need for cleaning services and window cleaning. The contracting authority wishes to achieve this goal by means of a European tender for cleaning services and window cleaning under an open procedure, where the “best value for money tender” is the starting point. Given the average annual expenditure and the threshold for European tendering, the client will have to tender this European. With this tender, the contracting authority wishes to contract a single tenderer capable of providing the service properly (qualitatively and competitively), in accordance with the requirements set out in the tender documents.

The estimate of this assignment is approximately €375,000 per year including VAT. The tenderer cannot derive any rights in the case of an award from this specified scope in the tender.

NOTE: If the registration amount exceeds €440,000, - including 21% VAT per year, the client reserves the right not to award this order.
