The contract consists of a total of 3 lots: This public call for competition concerns only Lot 1 and aims to design, build, assemble and dismantle the Franceagrimer stand and its follow-up during the 2024 International Agricultural Show which will take place from 24 February to 3 March 2024 at Paris Expo - Porte de Versailles (Paris). Lot 2: 'Catering-Catering Services' and Lot 3: 'Design, production and follow-up of the animations during the show' are managed by a separate procurement procedure

design of a stand; the assembly and dismantling of the stand, support for technical and logistical purchases vis-à-vis the organizer of the show; the layout of the stand: furniture and technical equipment (electrical installation, sound system, air conditioning, soundproofing, kitchen layout, water supply); the control of the stand throughout the show (general operation and technical support, including audiovisual); the recruitment and remuneration of the staff necessary for the performance of the services
