The subject of the order is the provision of maintenance and development services for the Asbestos Base system.

The subject of the order is the provision of maintenance and development services for the Asbestos Base system, in accordance with the Detailed Description of the Object of the Contract and Annexes A, B, C, D to SOPZ, constituting Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference, by providing services:

1) transfer and maintenance of the Asbestos Base, in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex A to the SOPZ:

- services for the transfer of the Asbestos Base from 15/11/2019 to 15/12/2019,

- maintenance services for the Asbestos Base from December 16, 2019 to December 15, 2022;

2) development of the Asbestos Base, in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex B to the SOPZ in the amount of 3,000 working hours;

3) technical assistance, in accordance with the requirements specified in Annex C to the SOPZ in the amount of 150 working hours

and transfer to the Ordering Party rights to products constituting works within the meaning of the Act of 4.2.1994 on copyright and related rights, created in connection with the performance of the service referred to in point 2 - within the scope and on the terms specified in § 10 of the contract (Annex 2 to the ToR).

A detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in Annex 1 to the ToR and in the annexes AD to SOPZ. After the conclusion of the contract (the template of the Agreement constitutes Annex 2 to the SETC), it will constitute Annex No. 3 to the contract.
