The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework contract for a core assortment of office supplies, which represents the regular needs of the client.

The quantities stated in the price sheet have been extrapolated to the maximum contract period of 24 months. The scope includes the needs of the respective subsidiaries and, in the case of the city of Duisburg, also those of its special assets and majority interests as well as the fire brigade, schools and day-care centers.
