The subject of the contract is the installation of renewable energy sources installations for the needs of public buildings of the Bialski Poviat. The investment in question assumes the supply and installation of photovoltaic installations for the needs of public utility buildings of the Bialski Poviat:
- Independent Public Health Care Institution in Międzyrzec Podlaski
- Care and Treatment Facility in Łózki
- School Complex in Małaszewicze
- Technical School Complex in Międzyrzec Podlaski
- High School in Wisznice
- Complex of Economic Schools in Międzyrzec Podlaski.
As part of the investment, installations will be installed adapted to the energy needs of buildings consisting mi.in. from photovoltaic modules, inverters, supporting structures, wiring, boxes, protections, optimizers. The main goal is to provide energy security for public buildings in the Bialski poviat. Rising prices of energy obtained from conventional sources force public entities to look for alternatives in terms of ensuring the functioning of facilities at the disposal of the local government, i.e. obtaining clean, green and cheaper energy from renewable sources. The use of solar energy is the optimal solution to the indicated problem due to the natural advantages in the above-mentioned range of the Lublin Voivodeship, the maintenance-free nature of photovoltaic installations and the price-to-effect ratio. The energy generated in the installations will be used exclusively for the needs of public buildings. Existing conventional sources of electricity will be replaced by free solar energy. The implementation of the task will improve the living conditions of the inhabitants of the poviat, reduce energy expenditures and improve the condition of the natural environment. The implementation of the project directly translates into the development of investments supporting the reconstruction of the economy (green transformation, clean and efficient production and use). The project will contribute to improving the quality of the environment and ecological safety, reducing the share of coal in electricity production, reducing emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere, creating a competitive economy based on the use of natural resources (solar energy).
