The subject of the description is the window work including sun protection and the exterior doors for the existing TS-Jahn buildings.
These are essentially the window elements in the existing office and meeting rooms on the east façade and the windows in the extension hall. In addition, around the outer door at the former entrance area. The windows in small hall are partially rebuilt. In addition, two new escape doors will be installed in the extension hall and two escape doors in the large hall.
For the extension of the small hall (new building), a circumferential polycarbonate façade is to be installed in the upper hall area.
The halls to be equipped are reinforced concrete or masonry constructions with steel roof girders and a trapezoidal sheet metal roof.
Windows and doors are installed in reinforced concrete walls or masonry exterior walls. For the polycarbonate façade, the steel construction was used to create an on-site substructure for fastening.
Time restrictions:
The operation of the TS Jahn will be maintained during the construction periods in the second part of the existing building. In principle, there are no conflicts here. In the case of construction logistics, however, coordination with the user is necessary.
Rooms of the existing building may not be used by the contractor. Neither the sanitary facilities nor areas for storage.
In the construction sector, the StVo applies. Special consideration must be given to pedestrians.
Public roads must remain clean, paved and passable.
