Renovation of Merkel'sches Schwimmbad Esslingen:

The GFA is approx. 3,000 m² and the BRI 12,000 m³.

The following measures are to be carried out as part of the upcoming renovation:

- Complete renovation of the sports pool and the indoor swimming pool

- Renewal of the technical equipment

- fire protection upgrading

- Barrier-free access

The work will be carried out from September 2023 to December 2024.

Roof waterproofing & plumbing work:

- Installation of three-layer board wood approx. 50 m²

- Wooden substructure attic approx. 130 m

- Roof structure bitumen roof approx. 100 m²

- Sheet metal cover attic approx. 130 m
