Description:
Receipt, transport and management of municipal waste from properties remaining in the Customs Union MG-6 organised municipal waste collection system for a period of 36 months

1. The object of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the territory of the Member Municipal Communities MG-6 (hereinafter referred to as “ZCG MG-6”), together with the implementation of services and ancillary duties.

2. The subject of the order was divided into 3 separate and independent parts, i.e.:

1) Part I — covering the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from Sector I,

2) Part II — covering the collection, transport and development of municipal waste from Sector II,

3) Part III — covering the collection, transport and development of municipal waste from Sector III,

Part I — covering the collection, transport and development of municipal waste from Sector I

1. The scope of the contract shall include:

1) receiving municipal waste:

(a) from property owners located within the Member Municipalities of ZCG MG-6 and remaining in the municipal waste collection system organised by ZCG MG-6, cyclically in the source system, from containers/containers or bags, broken down into the following fractions:

• unsegregated (mixed) waste, arising after the separation of fractions subject to selective collection (hereinafter referred to as “unsegregated (mixed) waste” or “mixed waste”),

• paper,

• glass,

• Plastics, metals and packaging of these materials, multi-aerial packaging,

• bio waste,

(b) from property owners located within the Member Municipalities of ZCG MG-6 and remaining in the municipal waste collection system organised by ZCG MG-6, cyclically in the source system, without the need to deposit waste in containers/containers or bags, broken down by the following fractions:

• large-sized waste,

• consumed electrical and electronic equipment,

• worn tyres

(c) from pharmacies and pharmacy outlets — expired medicines,

(d) for additional receipts,

(e) in the context of intervention receipts,

2) the transport and transfer of received municipal waste referred to in point 1 (hereinafter referred to in total, municipal waste”) to the site/sites of collection (development) of municipal waste, provided/provided by the Contractor and indicated/indicated in the offer,

3) the use of received municipal waste at the site/sites of collection (development) of municipal waste, provided/provided by the Contractor and indicated/indicated in the offer,

4) providing property owners with containers/containers intended for the collection of rainfall referred to above in point 1 (a) and care for their sound technical, cleanup and sanitary condition, insofar as the waste depositing system provides for the collection of waste in containers/ containers,

5) provide the owners of the property with bags intended for the collection of rainfall referred to above in point (1) (a), insofar as the waste depositing system provides for the collection of waste in bags,

6) the provision at designated points of containers intended for the collection of waste referred to above in point (1) (c) and care for their sound technical, cleanup and sanitary status,

7) the implementation of the services and obligations associated with points 1 to (6) above.

During the period of execution of the order, the following quantities of waste shall be collected [Mg/36 months]:

15 01 07 Glass packaging - 3,173,940 Mg

15 01 01 Paper & Cardboard Packaging - 1,575,090 Mg

15 01 02 Plastic packaging - 4,201,470 Mg

20 02 01 Biodegradable and green waste - 15,765,840 Mg

20 03 07 Bulk Waste - 2,662,214 Mg

20 01 32 Drugs other than those listed in 20 01 31 - 0,756 Mg

Part II — covering the collection, transport and development of municipal waste from Sector II

1. The scope of the contract shall include:

1) receiving municipal waste:

(a) from property owners located within the Member Municipalities of ZCG MG-6 and remaining in the municipal waste collection system organised by ZCG MG-6, cyclically in the source system, from containers/containers or bags, broken down into the following fractions:

• unsegregated (mixed) waste, arising after the separation of fractions subject to selective collection (hereinafter referred to as “unsegregated (mixed) waste” or “mixed waste”),

• paper,

• glass,

• Plastics, metals and packaging of these materials, multi-aerial packaging,

• bio waste,

(b) from property owners located within the Member Municipalities of ZCG MG-6 and remaining in the municipal waste collection system organised by ZCG MG-6, cyclically in the source system, without the need to deposit waste in containers/containers or bags, broken down by the following fractions:

• large-sized waste,

• consumed electrical and electronic equipment,

• worn tyres

(c) from pharmacies and pharmacy outlets — expired medicines,

(d) for additional receipts,

(e) in the context of intervention receipts,

2) the transport and transfer of received municipal waste referred to in point 1 (hereinafter referred to in total, municipal waste”) to the site/sites of collection (development) of municipal waste, provided/provided by the Contractor and indicated/indicated in the offer,

3) the use of received municipal waste at the site/sites of collection (development) of municipal waste, provided/provided by the Contractor and indicated/indicated in the offer,

4) providing property owners with containers/containers intended for the collection of rainfall referred to above in point 1 (a) and care for their sound technical, cleanup and sanitary condition, insofar as the waste depositing system provides for the collection of waste in containers/ containers,

5) provide the owners of the property with bags intended for the collection of rainfall referred to above in point (1) (a), insofar as the waste depositing system provides for the collection of waste in bags,

6) the provision at designated points of containers intended for the collection of waste referred to above in point (1) (c) and care for their sound technical, cleanup and sanitary status,

7) the implementation of the services and obligations associated with points 1 to (6) above.

During the period of execution of the order, the following quantities of waste shall be collected [Mg/36 months]:

Part III — covering the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from Sector III

1. The scope of the contract shall include:

1) receiving municipal waste:

(a) from property owners located within the Member Municipalities of ZCG MG-6 and remaining in the municipal waste collection system organised by ZCG MG-6, cyclically in the source system, from containers/containers or bags, broken down into the following fractions:

• unsegregated (mixed) waste, arising after the separation of fractions subject to selective collection (hereinafter referred to as “unsegregated (mixed) waste” or “mixed waste”),

• paper,

• glass,

• Plastics, metals and packaging of these materials, multi-aerial packaging,

• bio waste,

7) the implementation of the services and obligations associated with points 1 to (6) above.
