The subject of the contract is the successive supply of hydrochloric acid in the amount of 7.2 t intended for the production of chlorine dioxide – a disinfectant used for water intended for human consumption.
1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of hydrochloric acid in the amount of 7.2 t intended for the production of chlorine dioxide – a disinfectant used for water intended for human consumption (hereinafter referred to as the "Product").
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 5 to the specification of the terms of the contract (hereinafter referred to as "SWZ").
3. Detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the Order are included in Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ.
4. Evidence measures in question:
4.1. In order to demonstrate that the offered hydrochloric acid complies with the requirements set out in Annex 5 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract, the Contracting Authority requests that the Contractor submit together with the offer the following means of evidence:
1) the current Hygienic Atest issued by the body authorised to issue such certificates, in accordance with the applicable rules, authorising the Product for use in water intended for human consumption;
2) Technical specification of the offered Product.
Note: The technical specification should confirm compliance with all the requirements set out in point 1 of Annex 5 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract.
4.2. The Contracting Authority reserves that if the Contractor fails to submit the evidence referred to above, or if the evidence submitted proves to be incomplete, the Contractor shall be requested pursuant to Article 107(2) of the Public Procurement Law to submit or supplement them within the prescribed period.
