The target of the procurement is the Finnish National Gallery's forwarding and transport services related to international and domestic art transports. The assignments of the selected supplier are related to the organization of art exhibitions or individual art transports.
The contracting entity's transports typically consist of transporting works that are loaned to other parties in Finland and abroad, as well as transporting works that can be borrowed from elsewhere to the contracting entity's museums, as well as warehousing traffic.

ForwardingSubdivision 1 (Forwarding) covers the organisation of transport at home and abroad with its related services, such as the organisation or brokering of international and domestic transports, pick-up and drop-off services related to transport, customs clearance services, import and export clearances, design and manufacture of transport boxes, packaging, storage, conservation, courier services and similar services included in the forwarding assignment.
Three (3) framework contract suppliers will be selected for section 1.
TiekuljetuksetSubdivision 2 (Road transport) concerns the transport of works of art by road. These are mainly domestic art transports, for which the client concludes a contract with the transport company chosen as the framework contract supplier. In addition, other services specified in the invitation to tender and its appendices may be ordered as needed.
Four (4) framework contract suppliers will be selected for section 2.
