Fusion21 was seeking suitable candidates to apply for inclusion to their Servicing, Maintenance and Installation of Heating Systems Framework which has now been awarded.
The Lotting Strategy is set out to cover the different elements of works and services on Heating Systems. The Lots are:
Lot 1 — Servicing, Maintenance and Installation (planned and reactive) of Domestic Heating Systems
Lot 2 — Installation of Domestic Heating Systems on Planned Maintenance Programmes
Lot 3 — Servicing and Maintenance (planned and reactive) of Commercial Heating Installations
Lot 4 — Installation of Commercial Heating Installations
Lot 5 — Gas Consultancy Work
Lot 2 was split in to two separate bands to support opportunities for SME bids. The two bands within Lot 2 are for installation programmes ‘Up to 20 properties per week’ and ‘Over 20 properties per week’.
